By using Vesper Finance Training you agree to these terms.
The service
We provide online courses that teach financial modelling by having you build a model step by step. It is free to use today, and there are no accounts. We may add, change or remove course content as we improve it.
What you may and may not do
Use the courses to learn, at work or otherwise, and use what you learn however you like — that is the point.
Do not copy, republish, resell or redistribute the course content itself, or use it to build a competing training product, without our written permission.
Do not attempt to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the service.
Content and ownership
The courses, model templates, case data and written material are ours. The work you do while building stays in your browser and is yours.
This is education, not advice
The courses teach modelling technique using fictional companies. Nothing in them is financial, investment, accounting, tax or legal advice, and nothing in them should be relied on for a real decision about a real business. A model is only as good as the assumptions you put into it.
Availability
We try to keep the service running, but we do not promise uninterrupted availability, and we may take it down for maintenance. Your progress is stored in your own browser, so it is not ours to lose — but it is also not ours to recover if you clear it.
The waitlist
If you give us your email we will use it to tell you about Vesper Finance Training and nothing else. Unsubscribe any time by replying or emailing us.
Payment
The course is free today. If we introduce paid plans, we will publish the price, billing terms and refund policy before charging anyone, and using the free course now does not commit you to anything.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, and disputes will be handled by its courts.
Changes
We may update these terms. For significant changes we will update the date above.
